In Which We Make a Mess

Ever since we moved into our house, we have used the bedroom off the family room as an office. It works well as such, but a lot of things have been either shoved into or disappear in this room (myself included on occasion). It has become the junk drawer of the entire house and it's driving me crazy.

Thanks to some well-timed sales at local stores, we are planning to transform it back into its original purpose as a guest bedroom with an reading nook. The computer desk will be finding a place out in the family room and become more central for everyone. This will make it a little harder for me to get work done (when I have it -- always looking for new clients! *hint hint*) but in the end it will be a nice change.

So tonight we completed phase one -- pack up the books. We have a lot.

Ugh, it makes me feel like we're moving again. And now I can't find anything either.
