We started out Sunday morning with a minor crisis on our hands. The boy, as mentioned previously, likes to experiment by throwing things in other containers and closing doors to see what will happen.
What happened, was this.
He closed the door to the bathroom, and then pulled a drawer open, thereby locking himself into the bathroom. He's just barely starting to understand commands, so the conversation was a little like this:"Nate, open the door!"
"hi!"
"Nate, push the drawer closed!"
"yeah!"
"push it shut, Nate!"
"hi!"
He finally got it closed, and all was right again.
Audrey, on the other hand, is the queen of Random Sayings I Picked Up From My Parents:
"Mommy, my doll is saying, "OPA!"
