Getting Ready for Halloween

While I was gone to the store, Nathan and Audrey were listening to Michael Jackson's Thriller, and the following conversation ensued:

N: I love this song!

A: This song is full of zombies!

N: What's a zombie?

A: A zombie is someone who died and then comes back and they're scary. *looks at Dad* Is that right?

Dad: That's pretty much it.


So when I came back, I tried to get her to repeat her definition. This is what she told me:

A: A zombie is someone who dies and turns into a zombie.

Mom: But what does it mean to turn into a zombie?

A: Oh, we've been through this already!
