Sweet little girl started dance classes this month. She's still a little undecided about the whole thing -- but she seems to like it more when I'm not there to watch her. Is this normal?

CUTE!!!! And yes, it's totally normal. In fact, at the studio I teach at we only let parents stay for the first time in the little kid classes. The kids ALWAYS do better when their parents aren't there. :) So fun! Love her little leo too.
Yes, it is normal. :) Camille's class lets parents come the first week of each month only. The girls do better most of the time when parents aren't there.
