Days of 47 Float Preview

We get an extra holiday in the month of July around here to celebrate the pioneers settling the valley. So we went to see the floats before they go in the parade on Monday.

Audrey wouldn't go near any of the free events to pose for me, but I got Nathan in lots of pictures!

Okay, so she posed with her My Little Pony balloon animal.

Nathan got a monkey on a tree. He kept calling it his creature.

And then... she saw the turtle. She would not leave the turtle until she got a turn to ride on it. (She was also stealing the candied nuts out of my hand like a squirrel -- never thought she'd eat them!)

Nathan got his turn too. He didn't want to get off.

Finally got her to pose in front of our stake's float -- it looks awesome!
