The Blame Game

Audrey is learning the art of blaming things on her brother. When I ask her how something happened, I get: "I think Brother did it, Mommy."

Now I admit he's good at getting into things, after all, he is A Boy and Boys are very curious and somewhat destructive. But I didn't know he had powers to create havoc in a room he's not in! For example: he's taking a nap--upstairs, in his room--and I hear a crash among the toys downstairs.

"Audrey, what was that noise?"

"I don't know Mommy, I think Brother did it."

Nuh-uh. Not gonna work.
